海底管道外防腐直流电位梯度检测技术的应用与研究

摘要

It is a proven technology for the DC potential gradient testing technology used in testing the coating of buried pipelines, but it is occasionally applied in testing the coating of submarine pipelines. In accordance with the practice, three methods have been used to collect the potential gradient datum of submarine pipelines to value the coating.%直流电位梯度检测技术在检测埋地管道防腐层的应用已是一个非常成熟的技术,但将此技术应用于海底输气管道防腐层的检测却并不多见.根据海上的实际情况,基于直流电位梯度技术分别采用了水下管道检测装置检测法、电极支架法和底拖电极法三种方法来采集沿线管道的电位梯度数据,以此来评价管道外防腐的状况.
