燃气共轨喷射器流体力学特性试验探究

摘要

车用燃气多点顺序喷射系统是天然气汽车的关键技术之一。为了优化天然气汽车喷射系统，本文通过搭建汽车燃气顺序喷射系统用喷射器试验台，试验测试了不同工况下喷射器的流量特性及各喷口的流量一致性、均匀性等，为以后的燃气共轨喷射器的设计提供指导。%The CNG sequential injection system is one of the most important keys to vehicle development. Through building the CNG sequential injection system test-bed to optimize the injection system of the natural gas vehicle, this article analyzes, in different conditions, the flow performance, consistency and homogeneity of each injector. It provides guidance for future sequential injector design.
