半导体制冷空气取水系统的优化研究

         

摘要

Air is full of water. Water Extraction from air technology is developing day by day. Semiconductor refrigeration condensed water extraction from condensed air technology is based on semiconductor refrigeration and changed into water extraction from air technology. It uses P-N junctions consisting of special semiconductor materials to form thermocouple pair and result in Peltier effect to achieve refrigeration effect to condense air to extract condensed water. It analyzes and builds up model to conduct semiconductor refrigeration condensed water extraction from condensed air technology and improves all aspects of the system. It controls semiconductor refrigeration current and refrigeration temperature to obtain the best energy saving and most optimal system condition.%空气中蕴含着大量的水分,空气取水技术日益发展。其中,半导体制冷空气取水技术是基于半导体制冷技术发展而来的空气取水技术,主要利用特种半导体材料构成的P-N结,形成热电偶对,产生珀尔帖效应,从而达到冷端制冷的效果,冷凝空气制取冷凝水。针对半导体制冷空气取水技术进行分析模型搭建,对系统各个环节进行改进,对半导体制冷电流,制冷温度进行控制,获取最节能最优化的系统工况。
