手机银行业务对商业银行盈利与信用风险影响探析——以中国上市银行为例

         

摘要

近年来,中国商业银行的手机银行业务迅速发展起来.但是,对于手机银行快速发展的动因及其对商业银行表现的影响等问题,业界还知之甚少.当前,中国商业银行的互联网化已经进入2.0阶段,各大银行纷纷推出手机银行业务.基于2010~2015年中国14家上市商业银行的年度面板数据,根据手机银行的相关数据定义了手机银行的快速发展时间,运用Heckman两阶段模型,研究手机银行快速发展的原因,及其与银行盈利水平和风险之间的关系.结果发现,手机银行的快速发展能提高商业银行的盈利水平,但对其风险没有显著影响.可以说,手机银行的快速发展对商业银行来说是锦上添花.%In recent years, the mobile banking business of China's commercial Banks has grown rapidly. However, we know little about the motivation behind it and its impact on the performance of commercial Banks. At present, China's commercial banks have entered the Internet 2.0 stage, and the major banks have launched mobile banking services. Based on the panel data of 14 listed commercial Banks in China from 2010 to 2015, we define the period during which mobile banking experienced rapid development according to the relevant data, and use Heckman two-stage model to study the reasons for the rapid development of mobile banking, and its relationship between mobile banking and the profitability and risk of the bank. The results show that the rapid development of mobile banking can improve the profitability of commercial Banks, but there is no significant impact on their risk. It can be said that the rapid development of mobile banking is the icing on the cake for commercial banks
