黄色偶氮颜料环保生产的研究

我国是生产颜料的大国，黄色偶氮颜料年产量在2万吨左右，产量最多的几个品种为Y1、Y3、Y12、Y13、Y14、Y17、Y83、Y174等品种，在原材料和环保要求下，各公司都面临降低生产成本和降低颜料生产过程中产生的废水，即降低生产过程中产生的COD值。都在寻求降低生产过程中产生的COD值的方法，即减少污水的产生。该丈从多方面探讨了降低COD值的方法和降低成本的环保配方。%The series of organic yellow pigment are the most important kind of pigments. And yellow pigment 1,3,12, 3,14,17,83,174 are most widely used. It produces huge quantity of COD and polluted water by pigment manufacture. At present, with the guidance of environmental protection, the cost for water treatment is becoming higher and higher. All the pigment producers are finding ways to reduce COD in production to reduce the polluted water. This article discussed solutions to reduce COD and environmental-friendly techniques to lower cost. These solutions have achieved good effect in the actual productions.
