有机颜料的助剂应用评述（一）

摘要

Organic pigment was different from dye, which was colored in diffusion state ira modiurn. The coloring effects were directly affected by pigment panicle sige and distrilution im stalkle diffusion systerm. Different assistants were requied in pigment synthesis stage, medium diffusion process, and pigment surface treatment according to different application demand. As for the main function of the assistants, most of them are concerned of wetting and dispersion. The detail demands on the organic pigment assistants were put forward on the lasis of wetting and dispersion mechanism. Assistants with good properties were given for the selection of organic pigment plants and the reference to products developments for assistants enterprise. The cco-safety of presant organic pigment assistants was evaluated. Proflematical assistants must be kept away and forbidden to avoid affecting the downriver industries.%有机颜料不同染料，是以分散状态于使用介质中着色，稳定的分散体系中的颜料粒径大小和分布直接影响着色效果。在颜料合成反应阶段、在介质中的分散过程，以及根据不同应用要求对颜料表面改性处理都要使用不同种类的助剂，就其主要功能而言，绝大部分是涉及润湿和分散作用。本文就润湿与分散的机理对有机颜料用助剂提出具体要求，并提出性能优良的品种供有机颜料企业选用和助剂企业产品开发作参考。对于现用的有机颜料助剂的生态安全性作出评估，有问题的助剂必需远离弃用，避免影响下游行业。
