异氰酸酯预聚体对聚脲涂膜力学性能影响研究

摘要

The best formula was explored in the context of fixed component B. The isocyanate prepolymer were prepared by polyether diol and polyether triol,and isocyanate reaction. The influences of the composition of the polyether polyol and the isocyanate proportion in the formulation on the mechanical properties of polyurea coating were explored. The best formula was achieved ultimately.%在固定B组分的前提下探究最佳配方。同时使用聚醚二元醇和聚醚三元醇与异氰酸酯进行反应，制成异氰酸酯预聚体，探究聚醚多元醇的组成以及异氰酸酯在配方中所占的比例对聚脲涂层的力学性能影响，最终获得最佳配方。
