高炉水渣区排汽筒及转鼓防腐探讨

摘要

分析了高炉水渣区排汽筒及转鼓的腐蚀工况,明确了该区域对涂料的需求,并提出了用一种聚环胺固化的环氧酚醛涂料来解决此处的腐蚀问题.%The corrosion condition of exhaust pipe and rotary drum in the granulated slag area of blast furnace was analyzed. The coatings demand for this area was cleared. And an epoxy phenolic coatings cured with polycylic amine was chosen to solve this problem.
