优化循环流化床锅炉烟气脱硫运行总结

         

摘要

This paper takes Shanghai Wujing Chemical Co.'s circulating fluidized bed boiler as discussion object, expounds that the company adopts furnace injected calcium (dry desulfurization) and lime gypsum (wet method) combination technology for flue gas desulfurization and ensured the boiler flue gas of SO2 emissions conform to the standard. Take aim at the problems of boiler flue gas dry/wet desulphurization system in actual production opera- tion, we put forward the optimization of flue gas circulating fluidized bed desulfurization running measures. In order to solve the wet desulphurization system's producing wastewater and influencing surrounding environment, easy to produce secondary pollution problem, we do "the wet desulfurization suspension particles sedimentation experiment". Perfect the waste water processing system boiler device of successiver to make the boiler desulfurization running more accord with environmental protectzon requirement.%以上海吴泾化工有限公司已建成投产的循环流化床锅炉为论述对象,阐述该公司采用炉内喷钙(干法脱硫)和石灰-石膏法(湿法脱硫)相结合的烟气脱硫工艺,保证了锅炉烟气中SO2排放达标。针对锅炉烟气千,湿法脱硫系统实际生产运行中出现的问题,提出了优化循环流化床锅炉烟气脱硫运行的措施,为解决湿法脱硫系统产生的废水影响周围环境,易产生二次污染的问题,进行“湿法脱硫悬浊液颗粒物沉降试验”,完善锅炉装置废水处理系统,使锅炉脱硫运行更符合环保要求。
