化工专业技术人员职业继续教育模式实践与探索

摘要

At present,most continuing education still emphasizes on new knowledge popularization,and how to improve the practice ability and innovation ability of in-service professionals is the important topic faced by continuing education for engineers.Combining with practice,explores the effective new models of vocational and continuing education,which plays a positive role in widening horizons,expanding ideas,improving practical application abilities and so on.%目前大部分继续教育还停留在新知识普及上,如何提高在职专业技术人员的实践能力和创新能力是工程师继续教育面临的重要课题。结合实践,对工程师职业继续教育有效新模式进行探索研究,在在职专业技术人员开阔视野、拓展思路、提高实际应用能力等方面,发挥了积极作用。
