以香薷的嫩茎段为材料,对生长点生长,生长芽分化,试管苗生根、移栽和移植进行了研究,成功地建立起香薷快速繁殖技术。试验结果表明:1/3MS+KT0.1mg·L-1+IAA0.1mg·L-1是生长点生长培养的理想培养基;MS+6-BA0.6mg·L-1+NAA0.1mg·L-1是生长芽分化培养的理想培养基;White+IBA0.1mg·L-1+IAA0.3mg·L-1培养基是生长分化芽生根培养、试管苗生根继代培养和快速繁殖的理想培养基。%We investigated growth of growing point, differentiation of growing buds, rooting and transplantation of tube seedling for the tender stem of Elsholtzia ciliata. We further successfully invented a rapid propagation technology for Elsholtzia ciliate. Results show that the optimal media is 1/3MS + KT 0.1 mg·L-1+ IAA 0.1mg·L-1 for the growth of growing point, MS + 6 - BA 0. 6 mg·L-1 + NAA 0. 1mg·L-1 for differentiation of growing buds and White + IBA 0. 1 mg·L-1+ IAA0. 3 mg·L-1for the rooting of growing differentiated buds, continuative rooting cultivation of tube seedling and rapid propagation.
