静电除尘器三相高压电源技术的开发与应用

         

摘要

By means of the development of the core controller, the efficient controller software system was developed by using the DSP controller to provide three- phase high voltage power supply for electrostatic precipitator, apply the control technology of antihypertensive vibration. Application and development of the electrostatic precipitator power supply of three-phase high voltage power supply, which significantly improved the single power factor, effectively improved the average voltage of the electrostatic precipitator, the three-phase power conversion rate is improved 24%higher than that of the existing equipment.%通过开发核心控制器,利用DSP控制器实现为电除尘器提供三相高压供电方式,应用降压振打控制技术,开发高效控制器软件系统等,设计开发了为静电除尘器供电的三相高压电源,明显提高了单项电源功率因数,有效提高电除尘器的平均电压,三相电源的转化率比现有设备提高24%。
