国有大型钢铁集团招标管理浅探

摘要

分析了分级招标管理与集中招标管理的优缺点，列举了招标管理模式选择的前提条件，提出了钢铁集团分时期招标模式以及实施集中招标管理模式的思路和措施。%The advantages and disadvantages of grading bidding management and centralized bidding management were analyzed in this paper. Meanwhile prior conditions of mode choice for bidding management were also enumerated. The paper concluded the corresponding measures to realize the grading bidding mode and centralized bidding mode for iron and steel group.
