缩乳术治疗乳腺病的临床应用

摘要

20 cases of the mastosis complicated with mild hypertrophy weretreated by breast reduc tion. The result showed that the shape o f breast in all the patients was improved ，the former hyperplasia nodule of breast tissue disappeared，also did the pain.No recurrence was observed.This suggests t h at it can improve the shape of breast a nd treat the hyperplasia of the whole br east，it is also beneficial to the early diagnosis of breast cancer for the breas t reduction to treat mastosis comp licated with mild hyperplasia.%应用缩乳术治疗乳腺病伴轻度乳腺肥大20例患者。结果发现，所有患者乳腺形态改善，乳腺组织原有的增生结节和疼痛消失，未见复发。认为应用缩乳术治疗伴轻度乳腺肥大的乳腺病，既可以改善乳腺外形，又可以治疗整个腺体的增生。
