Objective To investigate the expression of C-terminal binding proteinl ( CtBPl ) and pl6 protein in e-sophagus cancer. Methods CtBPl and pl6 in 57 esophagus cancer tissues(observe group) and 30 paracancerous tissues (control group) was detected by immunohistoehemical staining. Results The expression of CtBPl protein were positive in 51 patients in observe group and 29 patients in control group, P >0.05; But pl6 protein were 30 in observe group and 24 in control group, P <0. 05. The expression of pl6 was correlated with clinical staging and lymph node metastasis, all P < 0.05 . CtBPl was not correlated with histologic grading, clinical staging and lymph node metastasis, all P>0.05 . Conclusion pl6 expression decrease and CtBPl has no change in esophagus cancer tissue.%目的 观察食管癌组织中C端结合蛋白( CtBP)1和p16蛋白的表达变化.方法 采用免疫组化法检测57例食管癌组织(观察组)及30例癌旁组织(对照组)中的CtBP1和p16蛋白,并分析其与食管癌临床病理参数的关系.结果 观察组51例、对照组29例CtBP1蛋白表达阳性,两组CtBP1蛋白阳性表达率相比P＞0.05.观察组30例、对照组24例p16蛋白表达阳性,两组p16蛋白阳性表达率相比P＜0.05.食管癌组织中p16表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P均＜0.05),与病理分型无关(P ＞0.05)；CtBP1表达与临床分期、淋巴结转移、病理分型均无关(P均＞0.05).结论 食管癌组织中p16蛋白表达下调,CtBP1蛋白表达无明显变化.
