基于RTDS的大接地电流系统输电线路接地故障分析

         

摘要

The power system at 110 kV and above level belongs to large current grounding system.In this system,when the earth-fault occurs,it is difficult to analyze the fault for the staff on the transformer substations to run on site and maintenance personnel of protective relaying.In order to solve this problem,this article comes up with a waveform characteristics analysis method,in this method,the parameters such as fault current and voltage are used,that is to say,a model of supplying power system is built with RTDS(Real Time Digital Simulator),the model is run to get the waveforms of many fault parameters,and we can describe the change characteristic of the fault parameters from these waveforms easily and directly.It is very helpful for the analysis of earth-fault and the action of the protection objectively and accurately.%为解决现场变电运行和继电保护维护人员难以分析110 kV及以上大接地电流系统输电线路发生接地故障问题,提出采用故障电流、电压等参数量的波形特征分析方法,即利用RTDS(Real Time Digital Simulator)设备,搭建供电系统模型,获取各参数量的波形,形象、客观地描述故障电压和电流等参数量的变化特点。克服了复杂对称分量分析法缺点,能客观准确地分析接地故障和保护的动作行为。
