青岛地调“大运行”体系探讨

摘要

围绕国家电网公司“三集五大”工作要求，青岛供电公司调度处稳步推进“大运行”体系建设，通过调度岗位设置、管理方法、技术支持的创新，建立了“调、配、控一体化”的调度运行模式，取得了良好的经济效益和社会效益。介绍了“调、配、控一体化”的大运行体系结构及各项措施。%According to the guideline of SGCC 3-integration ＆ 5-big, construction of Large Operation System is promot ed steadily in Qingdao.The operation mode of Main-distribution Dispatch ＆Control Integration is established by the innovation of post setting, management method and technique support, which achieves good economic and social benefits. The structure of new operation mode and various measures are presented.
