大型电抗器现场直流辅油加热技术研究

         

摘要

在环境温度极低的情况下,传统热油循环方法无法使变压器油达到要求温度,而电抗器现场干燥加热一直是一个难题.提出直流对变压器线圈直接进行加热的方法,通过理论分析直流加热方法与热油循环方法的优缺点,提出直流加热并辅以热油循环对变压器油进行加热干燥的技术方法.通过现场试验证明直流辅油加热技术的可行性,解决大型电抗器无法进行现场加热的难题,为大型电抗器现场干燥加热技术提供一种新思路.%In the case of extremely low ambient temperature, the temperature of the transformer oil can not meet the requirements by using the traditional hot-oil circulation method. The on-site heating of the reactor has always been a difficult problem. The DC heating method of the transformer coil is presented in this paper. Through the theoretical analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the DC heating method and the hot-oil circulation method, the technical method of heating and drying of the transformer oil by both DC heating and auxiliary hot-oil circulation is proposed. The feasibility of this method is verified by the on-site DC heating test. The on-site DC auxiliary heating Technology has solved the hard technological problem, and it provides a new train of thought for the large-scale reactor on-site heating.
