跨国互联电网的成本分摊方法研究

     

摘要

跨国互联电网发展中存在着扩建和技改的可能以及电力流量和流向的变化.结合每端的净送出或受入电量,每股电力流的路径和流向, 提出了综合考虑不同国家输电项目生命周期及年利率等因素差异的跨国互联电网综合成本分摊分析方法,包含静态投资、运行维护费用、损耗费用及输电走廊土地贬值费用等.最后以某跨国互联电网为例进行了算例分析,验证了方法的科学性和合理性.%It is highly possible that the internationally interconnected electric system should be enlarged, transformed technically and the power flows will change with time. On the basis of the net input or output of each substation and the path and destination of each power flow, a strategy to dispatch the cost of transnational interconnected electric system which combines diversified lifecycles and annual rates among different nations, including the static investment, operation cost, cost of loss of electricity and cost of land depreciation in transmission corridors, is demonstrated. Analysis of an example of transnational interconnected electric system is conducted.
