国产化高端乳化液泵站的性能分析研究

摘要

High-end emulsion pump station is the need and development trend of high yield, high reliability of fully mechanized coal mining working face. The pumping station equipped with the type of horizontal ifve plunger pump, the working pressure 40MPa, lfow 500L/min, power 315kW;unit conifgured as three pump two box, four pump three box even ifve pump four box;hydraulic frame shift speed is less than 8s, and is suitable for 3-7.5m mining height and 100-1000m working face width, realized the whole process of the intelligent automatic control of the whole pumping station unit.%高端乳化液泵站是煤矿综釆工作面高产、高可靠性作业的需要和发展趋势。泵站为卧式五柱塞泵型式，工作压力40MPa，流量500L/min，机组功率315kW；机组配置为三泵二箱、四泵三箱甚至五泵四箱；液压移架速度提高到8s以内，而且适合3-7.5m大范围釆高和100-1000m大范围釆宽工作面；由单一机组到整体泵站全过程智能化自动控制。
