This paper comprehensively analyzed the geological conditions of no coal zone and the current mining equipment and technology parameters of 23205 fully mechanized working face, researched countermeasure, formulated the safety mining measures and reasonable mining scheme, and achieved the safety mining of fully mechanized mining face without moving and skip-mining.%综合分析23上205综采工作面无煤区地质情况和现用回采设备技术参数，研究对策，制定安全开采措施与合理回采方案，实现不搬家不跳采且达到综采面安全回采的目的。
