激光熔覆在矿用截齿再制造中的应用

摘要

为推广激光熔覆在矿用截齿再制造中的快速发展与应用，结合山东能源重型装备制造有限责任公司在该领域的工作基础，该文介绍了激光熔覆用半导体激光器、颗粒增强金属基复合涂层材料以及先进的辅助设备在矿用截齿再制造中的最新研究进展与应用情况。%To promote the rapid development and application of the laser cladding technology for remanufacturing of mine picks, combined with basis for the work of Shandong Energy Machinery CO.,LTD. in the ifeld, this study outlined the latest research progress and application of semiconductor lasers for cladding, particle reinforced metal matrix composite materials and advanced auxiliary equipments for remanufacturing of mine picks.
