Under the conditions of "Three Soft" strata, the roof safety is main factors restricted rapid excavation of the tunnel boring machine, used the "three driving and three shotcrete " construction technology and labor organization, strengthened quality management, effectively solved the problem, realized the rapid excavation of the tunnel, and ensured that the top plate is safe.%“三软”地层条件下，顶板是制约掘进机快速掘进的主要因素，通过采用“三掘三喷”施工工艺及劳动组织、加强质量管理，实现了掘进机快速掘进，保证了顶板安全。
