悬臂式掘进机液压系统污染控制分析及措施研究

the working environment of boom type roadheader is abominable, hydraulic oil easily contaminated, which shorten the life of the roadheader hydraulic components, reduce the reliability of hydraulic system and the service performance. the sources of pollutants were analyzed, its hazards were discussed in this paper, on the basis of this, a pollution control model is established, and a series of measures to control pollution are put forward.%悬臂式掘进机工作环境恶劣，液压油很容易受到污染，使掘进机液压元件寿命缩短，降低液压系统可靠性和使用性能。本文分析了污染物的来源，并对其危害进行了论述，在此基础上建立了污染控制模型，提出了控制污染的一系列措施。
