大采深厚煤层开采注水防冲技术及实践

             

摘要

Combined with the mining condition and geological condition of the 6305 working face in a large mining depth, the technology of anti- rock burst by water injecting were designed. This paper has given out the arrangement of water injection, water quantity, sustained time, water injection equipment and the mode of injection. And then, the effect of anti-rock burst was tested. The results show that the coal seam water injection can not only wetting coal, but also can reduce the work surface stress concentration degree, and also has good effect to eliminate the danger of rock burst.%该文结合国内某煤矿大采深厚煤层的6305采煤工作面的开采条件和地质状况,对工作面注水防冲工艺进行初步设计,指出相应的注水布置形式、单孔注水量、注水时间、注水设备及注水方式,并对注水防冲效果进行了检验。结果表明:煤层注水不仅能够润湿煤体,还能够降低工作面应力集中程度,对消除冲击地压危险性具有良好的效果。
