综采工作面综合防尘技术措施研究与应用

摘要

In fully mechanized coal face, there will a large number of coal ash during the stope, which not only affects the working environment, threatens healthy body of the construction personnel, but also affects the operation of machinery and stopping construction, as a lot of dust can reduce visibility. As a result, mining and coal dust explosion and other major coal mine safety accidents will happen. To deal with the problem, the 5-2112 working face of Fangshan Dianping Coal Mine used foam dust suppression, installation of dust, staggered stride drilling water dust and other comprehensive dust control measures, and achieved remarkable results.%由于黄斑岩硬度大,采煤机强行切割困难,综采工作面在回采期间遇黄斑岩时若不采取合理有效的回采工艺及安全措施,不仅加大了工作面机械设备故障率,降低了采煤效率,而且很容易发生安全事故.对此,雁崖煤业公司综采一队通过技术研究,对三盘区8301 工作面过黄斑岩时采取行之有效的回采工艺及顶板控制措施,确保了工作面安全稳定生产.
