聚酸酐硅基酯的制备与表征

         

摘要

以聚己二酸酐(PAA)和氯硅氧烷Si3C6H18O2C12(Si3)和Si5C10H30O4C12(Si5)为单体合成聚己二酸酐硅基酯。所得样品用1H-NMR、DSC、TGA和测特性黏数等手段对其进行了表征。考察了反应过程中反应时间、溶剂等因素的影响。所得样品用1H-NMR,DSC-TGA进行分析,结果较理想。测得多组样品特性黏数,显示所得产物具有高分子的特性。%Poly- adipic -anhydride (PAA) and chlorine siloxane (Si3 and Si5 ) get together for the synthesis of adipic acid anhydride monomer silicon ester. Suffcient pressure and at room temperature under dry conditions, poly adipic anhydride prepolymer dissolved in toluene or benzene, and warm until the solid dissolved completely, dropping a certain molar mass of the Si3 and Sis, reflux temperature, the reaction must time to get together silicon - based esters of adipic acid anhydride. Vacuum steamed in addition to most of the solvent, under vacuum at room temperature to fully dry. The samples with IH - NMR, DSC, TGA, and intrinsic viscosity measurement was carried out by means of characterization. Examined the reaction solvent, reaction time, reaction temperature and other factors. Obtained by analyzing multiple samples 1H -NMR, DSC -TGA, the results show that the ideal response. Measured multiple samples of the intrinsic viscosity values, indicating that the polymer product obtained has the typical characteristics.
