In this paper,a preliminary design of flue gas-water heat exchanger in a waste heat power generation device which use boiler flue gas is designed. The designed heat exchanger can transfer the waste heat of flue gas to the circulating water,which can meet the requirement of the heat source of the ORC waste heat power generation device. On this basis,the paper further discusses problems of installation size,flue gas flow rate,thermal capacity of the heat exchanger,which provides an important theoretical basis for further design and application of the waste heat power generation device.%对某电厂锅炉排烟余热发电装置的烟气-水换热器进行了初步设计计算。设计的换热器可以将烟气的余热分段传递给循环水,满足基于朗肯循环的低温余热发电装置对热源的需求。在此基础上,进一步对换热器的安装尺寸、烟气流速、热容量等问题进行了讨论,为锅炉排烟余热发电的进一步设计和应用提供了重要的理论依据。
