春花生超高产生育动态及生理特性研究

         

摘要

大田条件下,研究了春花生9 t/hm2产量水平下植株的生育动态及生理特性.结果表明:植株营养生长主要集中在生育前期,植株的叶龄、分枝数、主茎高、侧枝长的净增长速率均在出苗后50~60天达到高峰,出苗后90~100天基本停止增长.叶面积指数在出苗后90天达到高峰,峰值在5.8左右,≥3的叶面积指数维持65天左右.叶绿素含量、干物质积累量分别在出苗后90天、100天达到高峰.叶片内SOD、POD、CAT酶活性及可溶性蛋白含量的变化基本一致,一生呈单峰变化,MDA含量整个生育期呈逐渐上升的趋势.%Under the field condition, the growth dynamics and physiological characteristics of spring peanut were studied at the yield level of 9 ton per hectare. The results showed that the vegetative growth of peanut mainly concentrated in the earlier growing stages. The leaf age, number of branches, stem height and lateral branch length reached the peak during 50 ~ 60 days after emergence and basically stopped increasing during 90 ~ 100 days. The leaf area index reached the peak on the 90th day after emergence with the peak value of 5.8. The days with the leaf area index greater than or equal to 3 were about 65. The chlorophyll content and dry matter accumulation also reached the peak on the 90th and 100th day respectively after emergence. The variation of SOD, POD and CAT activities and soluble protein content in leaves were basically uniform showing a single peak during the growth period, while the content of MDA increased gradually.
