One strain of biocontrol Trichoderma spp. Q3 with the function of pesticide degradation was screened from 9 antagonistic Trichoderma spp. Strains preserved in our laboratory. It could utilize 100 mg/L beta - cypermethrin, chlorpyrifos and imidacloprid as the sole carbon source for growth and the degradation rate reached 90.43% , 86. 71% and 78. 81% respectively within 7 days. The residual dynamics and final residues of beta - cypermethrin and chlorpyrifos in Brassica campestris L. Were studied in greenhouse and determined by gas chromatography. The results showed that Trichoderma spp. Q3 could significantly decrease the residue of the two pesticides in Brassica campestris, and the degradation rate of beta - cypermethrin and chlorpyrifos was 45. 54% and 72. 58% respectively after 17 days.%从实验室保存的9株生防木霉菌中筛选出一株具有农药降解作用的木霉菌株Q3,该菌能够以100 mg/L高效氯氰菊酯、毒死蜱和吡虫啉为唯一碳源生长,7天的降解率分别达到90.43%、86.71%和78.81%;采用蔬菜大棚田间试验方法并利用气相色谱仪检测了高效氯氰菊酯和毒死蜱在油菜中的残留动态.结果表明,木霉菌Q3能够显著降低油菜中的农药残留,17天后高效氯氰菊酯和毒死蜱的降解率分别达到45.54%和72.58%.
