The annual Pingyangtezao seedlings were bred under different calcium concentrations of 30 , 90 , 150 , 210 , 270 mg/L with hydroponic method , and the dynamic changes of chlorophyll composition ,calci-um and magnesium absorption were measured .The results showed that the total chlorophyll content in tea leav-es gradually reduced with the increase of calcium concentration .The leaves grew well when Ca 2+concentration was below 150 mg/L, but appeared calcium poisoning phenomenon when Ca 2+concentration was more than 150 mg/L after 5-week hydroponic experiment .Excessive calcium could affect the absorption and distribu-tion of calcium and magnesium in tea seedlings , and decrease the absorption of root to magnesium , so the chlorophyll composition in tea leaves was affected .%以“平阳特早”一年生茶苗为试材,通过水培试验,研究了30、90、150、210、270 mg/L钙处理下茶树幼苗叶绿素含量及钙、镁含量的动态变化。结果表明,经过5周水培,茶树叶片总叶绿素含量随着钙浓度的升高逐渐降低,钙浓度低于150 mg/L,叶片生长较旺盛,当钙浓度高于150 mg/L,叶片逐渐出现钙中毒现象,钙/镁增大。可见,钙过量影响了茶树幼苗对钙、镁等元素的吸收和分配,降低根系对镁离子的吸收,进而影响了茶树幼苗叶片中叶绿素组成。
