我国城镇化进程水平与水资源流转关联性的实证研究

摘要

随着城镇化进程的深化，城镇规模的不断扩张需要大量的资源作为发展的物质基础，产业间对资源的恶性竞争会愈发凸显。水资源作为重要的投入要素，城镇化的高速发展面临着水资源利用率低下、水资源配置与管理机制不完善等问题。本文搜集了2004～2014年10个河域一级分区的相关数据，运用面板数据模型分别在截面与时间序列上对水资源流转与城镇化进程水平的关联性进行了探讨与实证研究，并提出了相关结论。%With the deepening development of urbanization,the expanding of urban scale requires a lot of resources as material basis.At the same time,the vicious competition of resources will become more promi-nent in inter -industry.Water is one of the extremely important input factors in the process of urbanization. The rapid development of urbanization will meet many problems,such as low utilization efficiency of water re-sources,imperfect water resources allocation and management mechanisms.The relevant data of 10 first -lev-el districts of river basin were collected from 2004 to 2014.Then the relevancy of water transfer with urbaniza-tion level was investigated and empirically researched in cross -section and time -series by panel datum mod-el.The relevant conclusions were put forward.
