粗榧种子休眠原因及其解除方法研究

     

摘要

The causes of seed dormancy of Cephalotaxus sinensis (Rehd.&Wils.)Li were investigated through detecting seed viability,water permeability of seed coat and bioactivity of extracts from different parts of seeds.And the cold stratification was used to break dormancy.The results showed that the seed viability was 90% with greater germination potential.There were germination inhibitors in seed coat and endosperm (including embryo),and the inhibiton of endosperm (including embryo)was stronger than that of seed coat. The mechanical restraint and the existence of germination inhibitors were the causes for seed dormancy.Cold stratification was an effective way to break seed dormancy of Cephalotaxus sinensis.%通过测定种子活力、种皮透水性、不同部位浸提液的生物活性,研究了粗榧种子休眠原因,并采用低温层积打破休眠。结果表明:粗榧种子生活力为90%,具备较大的发芽潜力;粗榧种皮及胚乳(含胚)中均含有萌发抑制物质,且胚乳(含胚)抑制强度大于种皮;机械束缚和萌发抑制物的存在是造成种子休眠的原因,采用低温层积处理可以打破种子休眠。
