鸡粪发酵提取液对番茄产量和品质的影响

本试验以不同浓度、不同喷施次数二因素来研究鸡粪发酵提取液对番茄产量的影响,结果表明,在一定范围内增加鸡粪发酵提取液浓度和喷施次数都可以使番茄产量相关性状得以提高,在提高番茄总产量方面二因素存在明显的互作效应,其最佳组合为A2B3,即鸡粪发酵提取液∶水为1∶500、番茄生育期内喷施5次,总产量与喷施0.5%磷酸二氢钾溶液对照无显著性差异,在保证产量的同时改善了番茄果实品质,番茄果实的VC含量提高26.0%,可滴定酸含量降低19.0%.%The effects of chicken manure fermentation extract on tomato yield were studied with different concentrations and spraying times.The results showed that increasing concentration and spraying times of chicken manure fermentation extract within certain limits both could increase the tomato yield.And the two factors existed obvious interaction in improving total tomato yield.The best combination was A2B3 (with the ratio of chicken manure fermentation extract to water at 1∶500 and spraying 5 times).The yield had no significant difference with that of control (spraying 0.5% monopotassium phosphate).The A2B3 combination also improved the tomato quality.The vitamin C content increased by 26.0% and the titratable acid content reduced by 19.0%.
