Twelve common maize varieties were treated with 20% PEG-6000 (polyethylene glycol 6000) at the germination stage in lab.The germination energy,germination rate and related morphology indexes of the treatment and control were determined.The average membership function value of all varieties were calculated with the relative value of germination energy,germination rate,length and dry weight of radicle,storage material transformation rate and the seed germination drought-resistant index (GRDI).Then the drought resistance of 12 maize varieties were comprehensively evaluated.The results showed that by the membership function,the drought resistance of 12 different maize varieties were ranked as LN1 > Xianfeng 968 >Nonghua 101 > Jinhai 5 > Zhengdan 958 > Dongdan 80 > Qingnong 8 > Chuandan 14 > Nongda 108 >Qingnong 105 > Zhongdan 808 > Liyu 16.LN1 and Xianfeng 968 were typical drought-resistant varieties.Nonghua 101,Jinhai 5,Zhengdan 958 and Dongdan 80 were middle drought-resistant varieties.The other varieties were not drought-resistant varieties.%以12个常用玉米品种为试材,在萌芽期用20% PEG-6000(聚乙二醇-6000)进行室内模拟干旱胁迫,测定20% PEG-6000处理与对照的发芽势、发芽率以及相关形态指标,通过发芽势、发芽率、胚根长、胚根干物质重、贮藏物质运转率的相对值及种子的萌发抗旱指数GRDI来计算各品种的隶属函数平均值,综合评价这12个品种的抗旱性.结果表明:玉米品种抗旱性大小排序为:LNl>现丰968>农华101>金海5号>郑单958>东单80>青农8号>川单14号>农大108>青农105>中单808>蠡玉16;LN1和现丰968是典型抗旱类型品种,农华101、金海5号、郑单958、东单80是较抗旱类型品种,其它品种为不抗旱品种.
