Objective :To study the clinical curative effect of method to embed the wart body cooperating with taking decoction orally and topically in the treatment of facial verruca plana .Methods :120 patients with facial verruca plana were divided randomly into 2 groups ,control group (no treatment of wart body embedding ) ,treatment group (with treatment of wart body embedding ) .All the patients were treated with oral and topical decoction of Xiaoyou .20 days’ treatment were set up as 1 curative session ,patients in both groups were evaluated at baseline and at three months after beginning of treatment .χ2 test was performed to compare the clinical efficacy between the 2 groups .Results :The efficiency of the treatment were 90% and 60% in the treatment group and control group respectively and the significant differences were exist between two groups (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion :Decoction of Xiaoyou combined with wart body embedding shows no ‐table afficacy for treatment of facial verruca plana .%目的：观察消疣汤内服、外擦配合自体疣体包埋治疗面部扁平疣的临床疗效。方法：将120例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各60例。治疗组口服消疣汤、药液擦拭疣体并自体疣体包埋；对照组口服消疣汤（同治疗组）并药液擦拭疣体。治疗20d 为1疗程。于治疗第3个月后观察疗效。结果：治疗组总有效率90％，对照组总有效率60％。二者有显着性差异（P＜0．05）。结论：消疣汤内服配合自体疣体包埋治疗面部扁平疣疗效肯定。
