血府逐瘀汤对高血压合并左室肥厚患者血清超敏C反应蛋白及血管紧张素Ⅱ的影响

         

摘要

目的:观察血府逐瘀汤对高血压合并左室肥厚(LVH)患者血清超敏 C 反应蛋白(hs-CRP)及血管紧张素血管紧张素Ⅱ的(Ang Ⅱ)影响及临床疗效。方法:将116例高血压合并 LVH者随机观察组和对照组,每组各58例,对照组给予西医常规治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予血府逐瘀汤治疗,两组均连续治疗3个月。结果:两组治疗后收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(SDP)及心率(HR)等有一定程度的下降(P <0.05),观察组患者上述指标的改善情况优于对照组(P>0.05),观察组治疗后临床症状如心悸、胸闷、胸痛、气促的改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者的 LVPWT 、LVDd 、IVST 及 LVMI 均较治疗前有所下降(P>0.05),观察组的上述指标改善情况由于对照组(P >0.05)。结论:自拟血府逐瘀汤能够显著缓解高血压合并 LVH 患者临床症状、抑制左室肥厚,其作用机制可能与降低此类患者的炎性反应及 Ang Ⅱ水平有关。%Objective :To observe the therapeutic of hypertension with left ventricular hypertrophy (LVH) in patients with serum hypersensitive c-reactive protein (hs - CRP) and angiotensin angiotensin Ⅱ (Ang Ⅱ ) effects and clin-ical efficacy .Methods :116 cases of hypertension with LVH random observation group and control group ,each group of 58 cases ,control group given conventional western medicine treatment ,the observation group in the control group to give Xuefu Zhuyu decoction ,on the basis of the two groups are continuous treatment for 3 months .Results :Two groups after treatment systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (SDP) and heart rate (HR) had a certain degree of decline (P< 0 .05) ,the observation group of patients above indicators of improvement was better than that of control group (P> 0 .05) ,observation group after treatment of clinical symptoms such as palpitations ,chest tightness ,chest pain ,shortness of breath ,the improvement of the situation was better than that of control group (P< 0 .05) ;in the two groups after treatment in patients with LVPWT ,LVDd ,IVST and LVMI was dropped(P > 0 .05) ,the index of the ob-servation group to improve the situation due to the control group (P> 0 .05) .Conclusions :The therapeutic can signifi-cantly relieve hypertension with LVH in patients with clinical symptoms ,inhibiting left ventricular hypertrophy and its mechanism may be related to reduce inflammatory reaction in patients with and Ang Ⅱ level .
