复方血栓通联合全视网膜光凝对糖尿病视网膜病变患者血清hs-CRP、IL-8的影响

摘要

Objective:To investigate the effects of compound thrombosis combined with laser treatment of dia betic retinopathy on serum high-sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP),interleukin-8 (IL-8) level.Methods:60 cases admitted to our hospital with severe non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy patients,divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with panretinal photocoagulation treatment,the treatment group was given compound Xueshuantong combined with retinal photocoagulation treatment,curative effect was compared between two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group and the improvement of hsCRP and IL-8 after treatment were better than those in the control group (P＜0.05).There were no serious adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.Conclusion:On the basis of panretinal photocoagulation treatment,combined with compound Xueshuantong can significantly reduce the patient's serum hs-CRP,IL-8 level,the curative effect is remarkable%目的:探讨复方血栓通联合全视网膜光凝术治疗糖尿病视网膜病变对患者血清高敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、白介素-8(IL-8)水平的影响.方法:选取我院收治的60例重度非增殖性糖尿病视网膜病变患者,分为治疗组与对照组,对照组患者单纯给予全视网膜光凝术治疗,治疗组给予复方血栓通联合全视网膜光凝术治疗,对比两组患者治疗疗效.结果:治疗组患者的临床总有效率及治疗后hs-CRP、IL-8水平改善情况均优于对照组(P＜0.05),两组患者在治疗期间均未发生严重不良反应.结论:在全视网膜光凝术治疗的基础上联合复方血栓通治疗糖尿病视网膜病变能够显著降低患者血清hs-CRP、IL-8水平.
