金匮肾气丸合苓桂术甘汤加味治疗肺心病伴右心衰竭临床研究

摘要

To explore the Jingui Shenqi pill and Linggui Zhugan decoction in cor pulmonale with heart fail-ure .Methods:68 cases of patients with cor pulmonale with heart failure were randomly divided into two groups :34 cases in each group .To accept western medicine for control group ,to accept western medicine combined Jingui Shenqi pill and Linggui Zhugan decoction for treatment group .Results:After 2 weeks treatment ,the EFRV PaO2 of treatment group was higher than control group ,PaCO2 BNP was lower than control group (P<0 .05) .The total effective rate of treatment group was higher than control group(P<0 .05) .Conclusion:Cor pulmonale with right heart failure ,Jingui Shenqi pill and Linggui Zhugan de-coction can improve the patient's clinical therapeutic effect .%目的:探讨金匮肾气丸合苓桂术甘汤加味在肺心病伴右心衰治疗中的应用价值.方法:随机将68例肺心病伴右心衰患者分为两组,每组34例.以接受西医治疗者为对照组,以接受西医联合金匮肾气丸合苓桂术甘汤加味治疗者为治疗组.结果:2周治疗后,治疗组PaO2及EFRV高于对照组,PaCO2及BNP低于对照组(P<0.05).同时,治疗组2周治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05).结论:肺心病伴右心衰治疗中,金匮肾气丸合苓桂术甘汤加减可在一定程度上改善患者的临床治疗效果.
