目的:观察三棱丸加减方治疗克罗恩病肠纤维化的临床疗效与血小板活化的关系.方法:将克罗恩病例36例随机分成两组,对照组18例采用单纯西医常规治疗,治疗组18例在对照组的基础上予以三棱丸加减方水煎剂口服,将临床疗效指标和血小板活化指标进行比较.结果:治疗组克罗恩病活动指数(CDAI)、血小板计数(PLT)及D-二聚体(D-D),治疗前后变化与对照组比较,有统计学差异;治疗组内镜下纤维化改善率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义.结论:三棱加减方口服可改善克罗恩病肠道肠纤维化狭窄病例的疗效与血小板活化,其疗效与治疗血小板活化相关.%Objective:To observe the relationship between clinical curative effect and platelet activation trea-ting intestinal fibrosis of Crohn's disease by Sanleng pill .Methods :36 patients with Crohn's disease were random-ly divided in two groups .The 18 patients in the control group were managed with regular measures in western medi-cine ,while the 18 patients in the treatment group received additional Sanleng pill decoction orally .Therapeutic effects and the platelet activation index were compared .Results :Compared to the control group ,in the treatment group,the Crohn's disease activity index(CDAI),platelet count(PLT)and D dimer(D-D)changes before and after treatment ,there was statistically significant difference (P<0 .05) ,the improvement rate of endoscopic fibrosis in treatment group was higher than the control group ,but no statistical significance .Conclusion :Sanleng pill orally can improve the clinical curative effect of patients with stenosis of intestinal fibrosis of Crohn's disease and platelet activation ,which is related to the treatment of platelet activation .
