Objective :To investigate the effect of Chaihu Shugan powder in the treatment of gallbladder func-tion ,TCM syndrome score and inflammatory cytokines in patients with chronic cholecystitis .Methods :102 patients with chronic cholecystitis were chosen .According to the order of admission ,the odd numbers were as the control group and the even numbers were as the observation group ,and 51 cases in each group .The patients in the control group were treated with anti-inflammatory gallbladder tablets .The observation group was treated with Chaihu Shu-gan Powder on the basis of the above treatment .7 days were as a course ,and they were taken with 12 courses of con-tinuous treatment .The changes of TCM syndrome scores (nausea and vomiting ,belly fullness ,frequent belching , pale tongue ,thin white or greasy tongue) ,gallbladder function (gallbladder contractility ,gallbladder wall thickness) , inflammatory factors Level (CRP ,IL-6 ,IL-8) of the two groups before and after treatment were observed .Results :There were no significant differences in TCM syndrome scores ,gallbladder function and inflammatory cytokines in the two groups before treatment (P＞ 0 .05) .After treatment ,① the scores of TCM syndromes in observation group and control group were significantly lower ,and the observation group decreased more significantly compared with the control group (P＜0 .05) .②Compared with the control group ,the gallbladder contractile function in the observation group was stronger (P＜0 .05) and the thickness of the gallbladder wall was lower (P＜0 .05) .③The CRP ,IL-6 and IL-8 levels in the observation group were significantly increased compared with the control group ,the differences were with statistical signifi-cance (P＜0 .05) .Conclusions :Chaihu Shugan Powder in the treatment of patients with chronic cholecystitis ,can signifi-cantly improve the symptoms of patients with various symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine ,enhance the gallbladder contraction function ,improve gallbladder wall thickness ,increase the level of inflammatory cytokines ,thereby reducing the degree of pain in patients and improve the functional recovery of gallbladder .%目的:探讨柴胡疏肝散及对慢性胆囊炎患者胆囊功能、中医证候积分和炎性因子水平的影响研究.方法:选择102例慢性胆囊炎患者,按照患者入院先后顺序进行标记,奇数号作为对照组,偶数号作为观察组,每组51例.对照组患者口服消炎利胆片治疗,观察组在此基础上加用柴胡疏肝散配合治疗,7d为1个疗程,连续治疗12个疗程.观察两组患者治疗前后中医证候积分变化(恶心呕吐、脘腹满闷、嗳气频作、舌质淡红、舌苔薄白或腻)、胆囊功能(胆囊收缩功能、胆囊壁厚度) 、炎症因子水平(CRP 、IL-6 、IL-8)的变化.结果:治疗前两组中医证候积分、胆囊功能、炎症因子水平比较差异均无统计学意义( P均＞0 .05) ;治疗后①两组患者的中医证候各项积分均明显降低,观察组患者积分降低程度与对照组比较更为显著(P＜0 .05) ;②观察组患者胆囊收缩功能与对照组比较加强(P＜0 .05) ,胆囊壁厚度程度则降低(P＜0 .05) ;③观察组患者CRP 、IL-6 、IL-8与对照组比较均明显升高,比较差异亦有统计学意义(P＜0 .05).结论:柴胡疏肝散应用于慢性胆囊炎患者的治疗中,可以明显改善患者的各项中医证候症状,增强胆囊的收缩功能,改善胆囊壁厚度,提高炎症因子水平,从而降低患者的疼痛程度,提高胆囊的功能恢复能力.
