目的:研究分析薏苡仁汤加味联合针灸疗法对类风湿关节炎(RA)风寒湿痹患者的临床疗效,以期为DA治疗提供临床依据.方法:选取我院类风湿性关节炎风寒湿痹患者120例,对照组患者60例予以单纯西药治疗,治疗组患者60例在对照组治疗的基础上加用薏苡仁汤联合针刺疗法.结果:治疗后治疗组患者的各临床相关指标改善情况优于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组患者的各实验室相关指标均低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组患者的视觉疼痛评分(1.01±0.32)分低于对照组(2.55±1.52)分(P<0.05).治疗组患者的中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗组患者的总临床疗效88.33％(53/60)优于对照组70％(42/60)(P<0.05).结论:薏苡仁汤联合针灸疗法能有效改善患者的相关临床指标及实验室指标 、减轻患者的疼痛 、改善患者的中医临床症状及体征.%Objective:To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of decoction of Chinese herbal medicine Yiyiren decoction combined with acupuncture on rheumatoid arthritis with wind cold dampness syndrome ,so as to provide experimental basis for clinical treatment .Methods:In our hospital and diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis anemofrigid damp arthralgia patients 120 cases ,the patients in the control group of 60 cases treated with simple western medicine therapy ,the patients in the treatment group of 60 cases with Yiyiren decoction combined with acu-puncture therapy based on the treatment in control group .Results:After treatment ,the improvement of clinical in-dexes in the treatment group was better than that in the control group (P< 0 .05) .The indexes of each group in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group (P< 0 .05) .The visual pain score in the treatment group (1 .01 ± 0 .32) was lower than that in the control group (2 .55 ± 1 .52)(P< 0 .05) .The score of TCM syndrome in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group (P< 0 .05) .The total clinical curative effect of the treat-ment group 88 .33％ (53/60) was better than that of the control group 70％ (42/60) (P< 0 .05) .Conclusion:Yiy-iren decoction combined with acupuncture therapy can effectively improve the clinical index and laboratory index of patients ,reduce the pain of patients ,improve clinical symptoms and signs of patients ,its worthy of clinical applica-tion in the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis .
