目的:结合临床实践经验,观察分析化瘀扶正汤治疗血瘀气虚型口腔扁平苔藓患者的临床疗效及对血清免疫因子表达的影响.方法:选取血瘀气虚型口腔扁平苔藓患者106例,采用数字随机法,均分为治疗组(n=53)与对照组(n=53),对照组患者给予常规西医治疗,药物选用曲安奈德注射液,治疗组患者在此基础上加用化瘀扶正汤联合用药,观察两组患者临床疗效及血清免疫因子表达水平,并对治疗后治疗组和对照组糜烂面积、充血面积进行比较.结果:治疗组口腔扁平苔藓患者36例痊愈,14例有效,3例无效,对照组25例痊愈,16例有效,12例无效,两组有显著差异(P<0.05);T N F-α、IL-2、IL-4、IL-10方面,治疗组患者均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者治疗后的糜烂面积、充血面积均显著小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:化瘀扶正汤治疗能够有效降低血瘀气虚型口腔扁平苔藓患者的血清免疫因子水平,有利于口腔局部病灶愈合,临床疗效显著.%Objective:Combined with clinical practice experience,the clinical efficacy and effect of the analysis of the treatment of blood stasis in the treatment of blood stasis and qi deficiency in oral lichen patients were ob-served.Methods:Selected 106 cases of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type of oral squamous moss,adop-ting digital random method,were divided into observation group(n= 53)and the control group(n=53),control group given conventional western medicine treatment,drug use and triamcinolone acetonide injection,the observa-tion group of patients on the basis of the combination with Huayu Fuzheng decoction,observe clinical efficacy of two groups of patients and serum immune factors expression level,and the observation group and control group after treatment comparing erosion area and congested area.Results:In the observation group,36 cases of patients with flat moss were cured,14 were effective,3 were invalid,the control group was recovered 25 cases,16 were valid,12 were invalid,and the two groups had significant differences(P<0.05).In terms of TNF-a,IL-2,IL-4 and IL-10, the patients in the observation group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).The area of erosion of the patients treated by the observation group was significantly smaller than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Huayu Fuzheng decoction can effectively reduce the qi deficiency and blood stasis type of oral compressed moss the patient's level of serum immune factors,and oral local lesion heal-ing,clinical curative effect is distinct.
