论脾胃学说在外科疾病中的意义

摘要

脾胃学说源于《内经》,成熟于东垣,是中医理论的重要组成部分.本文梳理了脾胃学说的源流、发展至成熟,并从脾胃各项生理功能、病理特点出发,试述脾胃学说与中医外科各类疾病的关系及意义.此外,阐述了防己黄芪汤等经典名方在外科领域的拓展应用,范例异病同治、同病异治的中医理论在横向、纵向辨治外科病中的重要意义.%Spleen and stomach theory was originated from Huangdi's Canon of Medicine,established by Dongyuan,and is now an important part of Chinese medicine.We elucidated the origin and development of spleen and stomach theory,and discussed the relationship between the theory of spleen and stomach and traditional Chinese external medicine from the physiological function and pathological feature of spleen and stomach.Besides,we dis-cussed two classic formulas and their extended application,to demonstrate the theory in syndrome differentiation and treatment of surgical diseases horizontally and vertically.
