三参降消胶囊治疗代谢综合征临床研究

摘要

目的:观察三参降消胶囊对代谢综合征患者的血糖、血脂水平及血液流变学指标的影响.方法:选取代谢综合征患者67例,将其随机分为治疗组34例和对照组33例两组.对照组使用西药降糖降压降脂治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用三参降消胶囊治疗.对比两组患者血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂及血液流变学指标.结果:治疗前两组的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂及血液流变学水平对比差异无统计学学意义;治疗后显著低于治疗前,且治疗组患者治疗后的血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂及血液流变学水平显著低于对照组治疗后.结论:采用三参降消胶囊治疗代谢综合征患者,能够降低其血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血脂水平,改善血液流变学指标,临床疗效较好.%Objective:To observe the effect of Sanshen Jiangxiao capsule on blood glucose and blood lipid in patients with metabolic syndrome and the indexes of hemorheology.Methods:Sixty-seven patients with metabolic syndrome were selected and randomly divided into treatment group(34 cases)and control group(33 cases).The control group used western medicine to reduce blood glucose and reduce lipid-lowering treatment.The treatment group was treated with Sanshen Jiangxiao capsule on the basis of the control group.The blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid and hemorheology indexes of two groups were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipids and blood rheology between the two groups before treatment;after treatment,the levels of blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipids and blood in the treat-ment group were significantly lower than those before treatment Rheology was significantly lower than the control group after treatment.Conclusion:The treatment of patients with metabolic syndrome with SanShen Xiao Jiang Capsule can reduce its blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,blood lipid levels and improve the indexes of hemo-rheology.The clinical curative effect is better.
