According to the specific conditions of 42102 mechanized mining face in Buertai coal mine,the paper analyzed the factors induced rib spalling and roof falling.By taking a series of measures,the rib spalling and roof falling accident is controlled effectively and ensure the rapid advance of the mining face.%根据神华神东煤炭集团布尔台煤矿42102综采工作面具体条件,从煤层地质构造、矿山压力、工作面支护等方面分析了诱发片帮、冒顶的因素,通过现场采取一系列针对措施,有效的控制了煤壁片帮、冒顶,减少了工作面处理大块煤的时间,保证了工作面快速推进。
