We introduce the instrumental deployment at the stations of seismic network in Fujian Province, and based on computing and analyzing the root-mean-square velocity of 41 stations of seismic network in Fujian Province from February 2009 to December 2011,to get the basic situation of the root-mean-square changes, the further research on the relationship between observation environment changes and RMS, according to GB/T 19531. 1 - 2004 grade the environmental noise levels of seismic network in Fujian Province. Meanwhile we have regarded the computation of the root-mean-square as a routine worked in the daily maintenance work, in order to accumulate the data of observation environment changes for the further study.%介绍福建按测震台网仪器配置概况和均方根速度值的计算方法,通过对福建测震台网所有41个台站2009年2月到2011年12月均方根速度值(RMS)的计算,根据GB/T 19531.1-2004划分台站的环境地噪声等级.将均方根速度值的计算作为日常维护工作的一部分,积累台站观测环境变化资料.
