中心地震台信息化管理模式

摘要

In this text,the central seismic station status quo is analyzed. Then, combining the concept and mode of the seismological station reform with the information management platform,it is discussed that how to embody the organizational structure reform,personnel reform,and reform of business flow in information platform. Finally,the overall architecture of information management platform of central seismic station is presented.%分析当前中心地震台改革现状，尝试将台站改革理念和模式融入信息化管理平台，探讨组织结构改革、人事改革、业务流改革在信息化平台的实现形式，给出信息化管理平台整体架构，以期提供可供参考的信息管理技术规范。
