针对4G图传背包和小型无人飞行器研究了地震灾情获取与传输方法,介绍了该系统整体架构和关键技术,阐明了TVU Pack背包、TVU Receiver服务器和小型无人飞行器的技术特点和系统集成方式,并在陕西等地进行了实地应用测试,实现了现场大范围高清视频的实时回传。与传统卫星通信车对比,该系统无论是在适用场地、准备时间和操作复杂性方面都具有优势,利用4G多卡绑定技术作为通信手段,提升了通信速度和传输质量,提高了地震现场灾情获取和传输能力,为震后救灾决策的制订起到关键性作用。%In this paper, the study of the earthquake disaster information acquisition and transmission method using 4G image transmission pack system and small UAV, including the overall system architecture and the key technology are introduced. The technical features and system integration of the TVU Pack, TVU receiver and small UAV are illustrated. The real-time feedback with a wide range of HD video through the ifeld test in Shaanxi and other places is realized. Compared with the traditional satellite communication vehicle, the system has advantages in the ifeld of terrain, the preparation time and the complexity of the operation. Using the 4G multiple channels bundling technology as a means of communication greatly enhances the speed of the communication and the transmission quality, improving earthquake disaster acquisition and transmission capacity and plays a key role in the development of disaster relief decision making.
