药膳植物猫尾射种子萌发的初步研究

Effects of seed mocturity, the color of testa and GA3 on seed germination of Uraria crinita were investigated.The seeds were plated in the Artificial Climate incubator of 15 ℃ ,20 ℃ ,25 ℃ ,30 ℃ ,35 ℃ ,and the germination percentage was 0,6％, 8.67％, 14％, 8％, 30 ℃ respectively.The seeds germination rate reached the largest at 30 ℃, so 30 ℃ was the optimal temperature for germination.The testa could inhibit germination, and the germination rate increased 13.33％ after removing testa.According to the color of testa, the seeds were divided into three groups: red brown, orange, yellow Green, and germination percentage was 0％,30.6％ and 14％ ,respectively.The illumination could improve germination, so the seed germination required light.GA3 had some effect on seed germination,and the germination rates were 20.67％, 12.00％, 13.33％,12.67％ ,8.67％ in 100,200,300,400,500 mg/L GA3 treatments, respectively.%研究了不同成熟度、种皮对猫尾射种子萌发的影响,以及在不同温度、光照及不同浓度GA,处理下种子的萌发情况.结果表明,种子在15、20、25、30、35℃的人工气候箱中培养,萌发率分别为0、6%、8.67%、14%、8%,30℃种子的发芽情况最好,是适宜的萌发温度;外种皮对种子的萌发有抑制作用,在30℃时,去除种皮后萌发率提高了13.33%;根据种皮颜色把种子分成3组:褐红、橙黄、黄绿.萌发率橙黄的是30.6%、黄绿的是14%、褐红的是0;光照可促进种子萌发,种子萌发属于需光性类型;100、200、300、400、500 mg/L GA3浸种的发芽率分别为20.67%、12.00%、13.33%、12.67%、8.67%.
